We have two apartment projects that need JV/Equity partners. One is a 40+ town home complex that needs $650,000. (Purchase and Rehab). The other is a 60+ town home complex that needs $850,000. (Purchase and rehab) We have 40+ yrs experience in development and construction. Licensed General Contractor and crews waiting to work on both projects.  All we need is the funds. Partial Partnerships considered!  We are seeking JV/Equity Partnerships and not loans!
