Investment Bank needs Equity Investors with 10-20% to Close Financing Deals For Developments and Projects

Our Investment Bank has a very unique Funding  Program.  We finance developments and projects $10 million and up. Our Clients need to put up between 10-20% deposit at closing to secure the financing.  Many of the clients I have been speaking with over recent months have very good projects, but lack the Cash Deposit necessary to close the deal. 

Thus we are looking for some Equity Investors who want to invest and take an equity position in developments and projects.  We will handle the debt financing up to 90% and the Equity Investor will handle the balance.  You will be able to secure your own terms with the client separate from our Funding Program.
