I'm looking for funding to purchase an 8 unit in Fort Meade, FL. It's currently vacant and all units are 2/1. It need approx. $70k in rehab and each unit will rent for $625-$675. The purchase contract is for $235k. I'm looking for a loan for $305k and I was told by a commercial appraiser that the ARV is $540k to $560k.
