I have some new loans on 1st trust deeds. 1. 40 acres in Salt Lake with a 5,000 sq. ft. steel building worth $600k in Utah & Home in Las Vegas

I'm looking for hard money lender  or private investor.Please don't response and waste my time if you are asking to run anybody's credit.and no 1003's. Good, bad, or indifferent, it doesn't matter.This loan would be a 1st trust deed, it goes through escrow and gets title insurance, which guarantees the lender that there is no money owed on the asset, no liens, no taxes liens, clean title (Free and clear).These people need a loan quickly, and are not looking for lender who want to run credit and send them through all....Hoopla! These borrowers own the properties free and clear, and just needs $25k (Las Vegas) & the Utah property is worth 600k and is willing to borrow at a high monthly interest rate. Payments would be interest only. Still goes through escrow and title insurance.I know they are out there..If you are a private investor lender or hard money or if you know of one...please contact me..
