Hello, my name is Joe Rosa. I acquire SFH/Commercial assets at or below 65% ARV, minimum ARV of $200K. Presently, I have a property at below 65% ARV to include rehab costs which I want to acquire, with an ARV of $417,000, and only $50,000 in rehab costs.
