I'm looking for a lender who will fund 90-100% on healthcare real estate.  Either a straight loan or joint venture with the lender.  I have several buildings targeted once I get the financing secured.

We have a start up company with both principals having over 20 years experience in the healthcare industry.

*** 90% LTV program (new program) - do you have a project between $1 million - $10 million that is REAL ESTATE BASED?  If you do, we can offer 90% LTV (which means you have to have 10% minimum into the transaction based on the purchase price).  We can do this in ALL 50 states and if you want to apply, send me an email and I'll send you the paperwork.
