Dear Arnold,

I saw your details on the Linked In Real Estate lending site. I have 8 houses in the historic Boston Edison district of Detroit, four of which are nearly completed. I am seeking additional funding of up to $340,000 to complete the project for sale in the late spring/early summer 2015.

However, i would be satisfied with a smaller amount to get started with as i note that you indicated taht you do up to $200,000.

I attach full details on the houses, the cost estimates and the comps of the sales in the area that took place in 2014 for your review. All the houses are owned free and clear by a Delaware LLC.
