SUBA MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS, (SMS) was founded in 2006. We are a full-service property management company with a vision to profitably and ethically provide high quality property management services to real estate investors, with a focus on personal attention. Real estate investors want the best return on their investment with low-turnover, on-time rent collection, and smoothly running and well maintained properties.  In connection with this thought, we have seen a trend occurring over the last Three Years and have been diligently creating a true hassle-free investor opportunity to capitalize on current market conditions focused on providing instantaneous equity with positive cash flow.  In fact, since 2011, SMS has sought partnership with investment property owners and asset management companies handling REO, Distressed and Foreclosed Properties.  SMS seeks partnership with investment property owners by assisting in the purchase of income producing properties.  After the purchase of such properties, SMS will rehab, and obtain qualified tenants.  By conducting rent survey to obtain the highest possible market rate rents available for the present market and locality, SMS will afford our real estate investors to obtain a positive return on their investment.  In term, SMS will provide full service property management service on a monthly basis for a percentage of the total monthly gross of rents received.After the purchase of such properties, SMS will rehab, and obtain qualified tenants.
