I have access to a 21 multi million dollar property deal (purchase price) which has all building permits for a resort condo and housing project on 200 acres of waterfront also in Puerto Rico. There is also the option of putting a casino on the property and I live in Springfield MA where we have the MGM trying to put a casino in our town, I do volunteer work for them and was going to present them with the first opportunity to develop the condo high rise and he casino.

I do have another commercial deal in the works here in Springfield. It is an off market commercial property, I need min $450,000 to purchase and renovate a 4 business property. Owner has agreed to sell with option for 10 year lease on the tire and wheel shop he runs and he also will be manager of the whole property. There is a thriving auto repair business, a storefront and a restaurant (both of which will be turn key and vacant). There also is a Used car dealer license and several repair license plates. Property has had all deep ground oil testing and is clean.
