We are  looking for CASH PARTNERS to buy Houses with tenants already in them or multi-family(Apartments) Acquisitions of deals below market value with positive NOI . Management and Rehab companies are already in place. The CASH PARTNERS will get 20% to 35% ownership at the signing of contract and 20% to 35% of the monthly rent after the closing. At the EXIT STRATEGY (Refinance) the Cash Partner will have the option to sell back is 20% ownership to the majority owner Birangui’s Corp or keep it. Thank you.
