Fix and Flip Loans size:  $75k to $5M                                                                                                         New Construction Loans size:  $250k to $5M                                                                                             Terms - 12 months  (up to 18 months on exception basis)                                                                       Interest rates range anywhere from 9% to 15%.

Fix and Flip, they typically lend up to 80% of Purchase Price and 100% of renovation cost, not to exceed 65% ARV.

Construction deals, they typically lend 50 - 60% of Purchase Price and 100% of Construction cost, not to exceed 60% ARV or 80% of deal cost.
