1. Please have an executive summary, with budget and use of funds, a detailed
business plan and method of repayment/exit strategy.
2. Loan amount minimum $1,000,000 to $5,000,000 with 10% down.
3. This is not based on credit, just a sound repayment plan, with a realistic and
sound exit strategy.
4. Send all details and proof of funds to this email address, after I review. I will
select my small group of participants and I will schedule a call to discuss your
project and funding.
5. The best part of this program is repayment. If your loan amount is between
$1,000,000 and $2,000,000 there will be no payback, but the 10% will be kept.
Over $3,000,000 interest rate will be prime, and 1 point paid at closing from
proceeds and the 10% will be returned at closing.
6. All clients are responsible for their own applicable broker fees.
7. Once all the participants have been chosen. Closing and funding will take
place in approximately 6 to 8 weeks.
