Al Reem Island Abu Dhabi Hotel Development Project Proposal
Dear Sir,
I have been appointed as a Public Relations to work with the land owners of a 3.400 M2 property in the Al Reem Island of Abu Dhabi, right on the waterfront, including one of the few available licenses to build and operate a GFA 27.500 M2 and 39 Floors hotel building, for an approximate total of 300-500 roms (4-5 stars).

The project enjoys a high-potential location, within one of the fastest developing areas of Abu Dhabi, which proves more and more attractive to developers, and is moreover situated right opposite the flagship development of Sowwah Island and its financial district. It will eventually become a central destination for the individual business travelers and presents also some interest with respect to the leisure market, with Saadiyat Island and Maryah Island located nearby.
We approach you today in order to find out if you would be interested in expanding your commercial real-estate project development business and investment into Abu Dhabi.
In this project, we have a very well located plot, with one of the few hotel licenses available, the constructor to build 300-500 keys, depending on the decision of the Contractor to develop a 4 or 5 Star Hotel, the best international hotel chains in the world to act as managers and the Engineering Audit. We have approached several builders who are ready to work with us.
The estimated total cost of the project, including a 99 years long lease of the property as well as Consulting Fees varies between +/- 62.5 Million USD and +/- 75 Million USD.
We are looking for a loan, a commercial property development company, or a Contractor to take on construction and funding, of this very interesting project.
