I have client looking to finance a recently renovated 9 Unit Apartment building in Detroit Michigan. 8 of the 9 units are rented out. Great credit and income on the borrower and he has 25-30% to put down. The purchase price is $360,000.

might be interested in that if there are not many obstacles. 

I would look at the rent roll, appraisal, credit and financial statement if thats easy to get.
