<p>Good Morning to everyone for several months I have sat on the sideline watching people erroneously advertise 100% Financing available.</p>
<p>Here are the reasons why 100% financing are Not available.</p>
<ul>
<li>The Economy is no where near the levels it was in 2008 when investment banks were handing out loans like paper towels. Those days are long gone.</li>
<li>Lenders refuse to be placed in a second lien position on property the risk is way to high!</li>
<li>In order to fund 100%…</li>

<p>Good Morning to everyone for several months I have sat on the sideline watching people erroneously advertise 100% Financing available.</p>
<p>Here are the reasons why 100% financing are Not available.</p>
<ul>
<li>The Economy is no where near the levels it was in 2008 when investment banks were handing out loans like paper towels. Those days are long gone.</li>
<li>Lenders refuse to be placed in a second lien position on property the risk is way to high!</li>
<li>In order to fund 100% financing there must be 80% Loan Senior Loan and a 20% Jr Loan. Conventional nor Private Lenders are NOT doing these types of deals.</li>
<li>Think Like a Bank: Banks tend to stay away from High Risk Leverage and So should you. The last thing a bank or private lender wants is to foreclose on a deal.</li>
</ul>
<p>The primary job of a financial institution is to mitigate risk and increase profit margins.This is the reality of the lending business and I am Tired of seeing hardworking people who are looking for help get taken advantage of.</p>
<p>If a lender cannot provide 3 Professional references the chances are extremely high your dealing with a con-artist. If the lender your working with cannot show you Previously Funded Deals WITH VERIFIABLE ADDRESSES confirming the close of the loans they originated. It's a Scam. <span style="color: #99cc00;"><strong>Folks please do you due diligence before engaging in a loan with a lender.</strong></span></p>
